WORLDWIDE Holdings Bhd has come to the tail end of developing SA7, a RM250-million mixed development project on 90 acres of leasehold land in Section 7, Shah Alam. It started the project nearly a decade ago.

Having launched a total of 1,315 properties worth RM177.5 million since June 1995.

WORLDWIDE Holdings Bhd (WHB) sudah menjual 1,000 unit kediaman bernilai RM250 juta di projek perbandaran Subang Bestari, Seksyen U5, Shah Alam yang dibangunkannya sejak 1996.

Pengarah Urusan Kumpulannya, Ibrahim Md Yusof, berkata jualan dijangka meningkat dengan pelancaran fasa baru membabitkan rumah teres dua tingkat jenis Aman dan penyiapan beberapa projek lebuh raya utama yang menghubungi projek berkenaan.

Worldwide: Sales From Current Projects To Reach RM80mil, by Bernama

PROPERTY developer Worldwide Holdings Bhd expects turnover from its ongoing property development activities to rise to RM80mil this year, said head of property division, Ahmad Azman Azizul Rahman.

The gross development value of the Subang Bestari township in Shah Alam is estimated at RM850mil.

SHAH ALAM 14 Sept. - Syarikat pemaju harta, Worldwide Holdings Bhd., menjangka perolehannya boleh meningkat kepada RM80 juta tahun ini hasil daripada kegiatan pembangunan harta yang sedang dilaksanakannya sekarang, kata Ketua Bahagian Hartanya, Ahmad Azman Azizul Rahman, hari ini.

Beliau berkata, nilai pembangunan kasar (GDV) perbandaran Subang Bestari di sini, dianggarkan berjumlah RM850 juta.

Worldwide Eyes Business Expansion, by Cindy Yeap, Business Times

Worldwide Holdings Bhd plans to expand its waste managemet business into South-East Asia and West Asia, in collaboration with Dutch Waste Solution BV of the Netherlands.

Its chairman Datuk Mohamad Adzib Mohd Isa said the move is part of the Worldwide Group's plan to diversify and expand its waste management business both locally and abroad.
