WHB through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Emerald Crest Sdn Bhd holds a 405 interest in Harford Lane Pty Ltd, a company which owns a 219 hectare development which includes a theme park known as Wonderland Sydney.


The project comprises the following key components:

Wonderland Business Park is a 110-hectare business park development. The land development approval from relevant authorities has been obtained.
