REQUIREMENT(S) & DOCUMENT(S) SUBMISSION:
  1. The company(s) participating must be incorporated in Malaysia with valid active licenses with Headquarters (HQ) in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor ONLY
  2. The company(s) must have proven experience and technical capability in the supply and managing the security guards.
  3. Joint Ventures (JV), Consortiums, or any form of partnership arrangements are not allowed.
  4. The company(s) must have paid-up capital of minimum RM500,000.00
  5. Document(s) submission

  9. Private Agency License Validity
  10. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience list (Project Name/Client/Contract Period/Contract Value)
  11. Valid Insurance Cover Note
  12. Public Liability of RM1,000,000.00
  13. Professional Indemnity of RM200,000.00
  14. g) Latest Audited Account
  15. h) 3-months Bank Statement
  16. i) Testimonials/appreciate letters from Clients.
