Company(s) must be incorporated in Malaysia and 100% owned by Malaysians, with valid registration under Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).

1. Company(s) must have relevant experience in the supply and delivery of industrial gearboxes, mechanical power transmission equipment, air-cooled condenser (ACC) fan gearboxes, or other similar mechanical equipment used in power generation plants, waste-to-energy plants or related industrial facilities.
2. Supporting documents, such as previous purchase orders, project references, supply records, manufacturer authorization letters (where applicable), and/or evidence of similar completed or ongoing supplies, must be provided.
3. Company(s) wishing to participate in this tender exercise must register in the e-WOPS system and submit their tender through the platform, including but not limited to:

·        Price Bid

·        Technical submission

·        Audited financial statements

·        Bank statement(s)

·        All other supporting documents required in the Tender Document
