KUALA LUMPUR, 9th October 2025 - Worldwide Holdings Berhad, through its property division, Worldwide Property, has received two prestigious awards for its Lyra Residensi project at Worldwide Cyber Valley. The project was named Best Mass Market Landed Development (Central) and Best Investment Landed Development.
The accolades were presented at the 12th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia in partnership with iProperty, a premier event celebrating excellence in the property sector across Southeast Asia.
The awards were accepted on behalf of Worldwide Holdings Berhad by Sr. Hamyzar Toha, Chief Operating Officer of Worldwide Property, during the Gala Dinner hosted at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur.
